Welcome to Lingo Staffing. By accessing or using this website, our job board, or any of our online services (together, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect.
Who we are
Lingo Staffing is a staffing and workforce solutions company. The Site provides information about our services, lets employers request talent, and lets job seekers search and apply for positions with Lingo Staffing and its clients.
Job postings and applications
Submitting an application or resume through the Site is not an offer of employment, and does not guarantee an interview, placement, or continued availability of any posted position. Job postings may be filled, changed, or removed at any time, and posted pay rates, shifts, and job details are subject to change. Any employment relationship that results from an application is at-will unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

The Site links to and works with third-party platforms — including our hosted job board, job aggregators, and background-screening and onboarding providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we work to keep information current and accurate, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingo Staffing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Dispute resolution
By using the Site, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these terms will be resolved through individual arbitration, and you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, consistent with the dispute-resolution terms in our Privacy Policy.
