Our commitment
Lingo Staffing is committed to making our website and online services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Connecting people to work is our business, and we want every job seeker and employer to be able to use our Site — regardless of ability or the technology they use.
The standard we work toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our guiding standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review and improve our pages on a continuing basis as content and features change.
What we do
- Build pages with meaningful headings, descriptive link text, and alternative text for meaningful images;
- Design for readable color contrast and text that can be resized;
- Support keyboard navigation for site menus and forms;
- Review new pages and features with accessibility guidelines in mind before they ship.
Third-party platforms
Some parts of our online experience — including our hosted job board and application, onboarding, and screening tools — are provided by third-party vendors. We work with our vendors to support accessibility on those platforms, though we do not fully control them. If you have difficulty using any of them, contact us and we will help you complete the process another way.
Need help or found a barrier?
If you have trouble accessing any part of our Site, or you'd simply prefer to work with a person, we're glad to help — including taking your job application by phone at your local branch.
- Email: info@lingostaffing.com — please include the web address of the page and a description of the problem;
- Or call or visit your local branch through our locations page.
We take accessibility feedback seriously and will make reasonable efforts to address barriers promptly.
